ELITE TRAINING PROGRAM (ETP)
Winter 2025/2026

Tuesdays & Thursdays

December 2–19 and January 6–15

Designed for players ready to push themselves to the next level, CASC’s Elite Training Program delivers focused development for players looking to sharpen their skills in the off-season.

Led by USYS-licensed, experienced coaches, ETP promotes growth in technical skills, tactical awareness (soccer IQ) and physical ability (endurance, speed & strength).

Program Overview

ETP is designed for players with prior Recreational or Classic experience and includes 8 sessions held twice weekly over four weeks, featuring both field player and goalkeeper training tracks. Players may register for a single track (field player or goalkeeper) or a combination track (field player + goalkeeper).

Field Player Sessions emphasize ball mastery, first touch, passing, receiving, dribbling, finishing, and tactical awareness in game-like environments. Sessions are grouped by age to ensure appropriate challenge:

  • Ages U9-U12: 5:30 PM – 6:45 PM
  • Ages U13+: 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Goalkeeper Sessions focus on handling, footwork, positioning, shot-stopping, distribution, and communication:

  • Ages U9+: 6:15 PM – 7:30 PM

Goalkeeper training runs concurrently between the two field sessions.

Combination players participate in ~1 hour of field player training (at their age group time) and ~1 hour of goalkeeper training.
