Boys & Girls | U6–U8 (~K–2nd Grade)
Build your child’s skills, confidence, and love for the game this summer at CASC’s Academy Skills Camp. Designed for U6–U8 players, this three-session camp uses fun, age-appropriate activities to develop core soccer skills in an encouraging environment.
Camp Focus
Players will work on:
- Ball Control and Handling — dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting
- Movement and Coordination — balance, agility, footwork, and quick changes of direction
- Understanding and Awareness — basic decision-making, spacing, field awareness, and small-sided play
Players will be grouped as appropriate by age and ability so all participants are appropriately challenged and engaged.
Eligibility
The camp is open to players entering U6-U8 for the Fall 2026 season. This generally includes players born from August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2021, using the new August 1–July 31 age-grouping calendar, and typically includes players entering Kindergarten through 2nd grade this fall.
Camp Details
- Dates: Saturdays — June 13, June 20, and June 27
- Time: 9:30–11:00 AM
- Location: Midland Soccer Complex, 3865 Midland Rd, Alexander, AR 72002
- Registration Fee: $80 per player
- Early-Bird Discount: Register by May 16 for a $10 discount
- T-shirt: A camp t-shirt is included with registration.
- What to Bring: Water, shin guards, cleats or soccer shoes, and a size 3 soccer ball.
